At Vigía we protect your data the way we protect your evidence. This notice explains what information we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have. It complies with Latin American data protection regulations (LGPD in Brazil, Law 1581 in Colombia, LFPDPPP in Mexico and equivalents).

What data we collect

• Your email and name, to create your account and communicate with you.
• The photos, checklists and reports you and your team generate — including the date, time and location (GPS) at the moment of capture.
• The data of your properties, team (name and phone) and any calendars you connect.
• Basic usage data to improve the product.

About photos of property interiors

The photos you record are private and belong to your account. No one outside your organization can see them. We do not use them for any purpose other than providing you the evidence service. They are stored encrypted and organized by property.

Retention and deletion

At this stage, evidence is kept while your account is active. We never delete evidence without notifying you in advance. You can download a full backup or delete all your data at any time from Settings. If you delete your account, your associated data is deleted as well.

Who we share with

We use trusted providers to operate: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), and Hotmart (payment processing). Each one accesses only what it needs for its function. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise them, write to us at soporte@appvigia.com.
