What Vigía is
Vigía is a tool to record photographic evidence, turnover checklists and damage reports for short-term rental properties. It helps you organize your evidence and never miss deadlines, but it is not a legal service nor a guarantee of outcome.
About claims with Airbnb or other platforms
Vigía helps you prepare the best possible evidence and reminds you of deadlines, but the decision to approve or reject a claim belongs exclusively to Airbnb, Booking or the corresponding platform. We do not guarantee that a claim will be accepted, nor the amount of any refund.
Your account and your team
You are responsible for the activity in your account and for whom you grant access via PINs. You agree to use Vigía lawfully and to register only properties you manage. Do not use the app to monitor people or for purposes other than managing your properties.
Payments and free trial
Vigía is offered as a monthly subscription with a free trial. Payments are processed by Hotmart. You can cancel anytime, no paperwork. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it's not for you, we refund you.
Limits of liability
We do our best to keep Vigía running and to protect your evidence, but the service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, third parties, or decisions made by hosting platforms. Our maximum liability is limited to what you have paid for the service.
